At RemembeRing, your satisfaction with our products is our first priority. We want to exceed your expectations with every order.

Our return policy lasts a full 30 days. If it's been longer than that since the purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can no longer be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. Please know that even with our excellent customer service, there are occasional delivery delays beyond our control due to USPS's practices.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify you of its status. If it qualifies for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or bank account as quickly as possible. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company or bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at for resolution. 

If an item is defective or damaged when it arrives, we'll gladly replace it with the same design as long as it is in stock; if it's sold out, we will let you know so you can choose an alternate. Please email us at and we'll provide directions on how to send it back.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will inform the gift giver of the return and refund them.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us at and we'll provide directions on how to send it back. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs until we can review the return. If you receive a refund or exchange, the same cost of return shipping will be included.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because the successful return of items is beyond our control.
